Hi, I’m Kathy Izard!
founder of Women | Faith & Story
Three years ago, I launched WF&S in the midst of the pandemic not quite sure what I was creating. While I had been an author and speaker, I was missing the in-person meetings with people I had met through writing. I knew I wanted to keep connecting with women who, like me, had felt stuck in their lives. So, despite the pandemic, we began offering all kinds of Zoom workshops to help women reconnect to their creativity and reignite their imagination.
Eventually we were also able to offer in-person workshops and, since then, more than 1000 women have participated in our virtual and in-person workshops and retreats. They found community and connection with each other and over time I realized the one thread that ran through all the workshops and even my books: helping women find faith in their story.
and That’s what Women | Faith & Story is all about.
A place to dream. A place to learn. A place to find faith in your story.
Whether you want to turn your thoughts into books, your ideas into reality, your faith into action, this is your community of like-minded women who want to change their one little corner of the world one word, one idea, one life at a time. From random acts of kindness to acts that might make history, you belong here. For writers, for readers, for dreamers, for artists, for seekers - this is where you can find faith in yourself and something bigger. I am so glad you found us. I am so glad you are here. Whatever is whispering to you in your life, I want to help you find faith in your story.
